Online survey tool that refine and enhance customer experiences with actionable insights.
During my time at SurveySparrow, I contributed to several key projects, including:
Survey builder: the web-based survey builder interface, handling various question types and enabling users to configure them through a seamless and intuitive experience.
End-user survey interface: The biggest challenge while working on the survey interface was supporting multiple question types within a highly customizable setup. It was particularly demanding to let users fully personalize the experience using just a few customization options—primarily colors, typography, and images.
Analytics and reports: the feature that allows users to analyze survey results through detailed reports and interactive tables.
NPS tool: Yes, we built the second product in the Sparrow family from scratch — a dedicated Net Promoter Score (NPS) tool.
